Founded in 2018, Solis Engineering Co. provides municipal and state agencies, educational institutions, private clients, and Native American Tribes with Civil Engineering services based in Tucson, Arizona.

We tailor our services to fit our Clients’ needs, budget, and timeline.
Over the past 19 years, Owner and Manager Rick Solis, PE has successfully served numerous Federal, State, County, Municipal, and Tribal Agencies. Through this experience, Rick has developed effective methods for schedule and budget management of all size ranges of projects.

Rick Solis holds Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Arizona. Rick is also certified as an ACI level 1 concrete field-testing technician. Solis Engineering Co. staff also includes a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
